Set yourself up for success by making a 90 minute appointment to learn about what to expect and how to properly manage breastfeeding in the early postpartum days. Learn about proper positioning, how to get a good latch, and what to do if difficulty should arise in those initial days.

Over this 2-2.5 hour appointment, a weighted feed and infant oral assessment is done to get to the root of any feeding issues experienced by the mother and baby. We will also discuss the medical history of both mom and baby and assess maternal mental health and nutrition. Follow up appointments - $125

This appointment is for moms in need of guidance to continue breastfeeding and maintain their milk supply while pumping and returning to work. During this 90 minute visit, we will make sure you are pumping with the correct size flange, using the appropriate settings, and establish a pumping schedule that works for you.

In-home visits are available for postpartum feeding assessments and follow up appointments, depending on location, for an additional $30 travel fee.

Our health coaching program is customized to the individual client’s needs. We focus on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and social support to optimize overall health. Through weekly calls we provide guidance, education, motivation, and acountability. This program is a monthly fee of $200 for 3 months.
